We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. --- ## 2. 💳 Payments & Billing * All services are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise. * Failure to complete payment on time may result in **suspension or termination** of services. * Prices are subject to change at any time, but existing users will be notified in advance. --- ## 3. 🔁 Refund Policy * Refunds are only applicable within **24 hours of purchase**, and only if no significant server usage has occurred. * No refunds will be provided for: * Abuse or violation of our terms * User misconfiguration or lack of technical knowledge * Refund decisions are final and at the discretion of MultiverseCloud. --- ## 4. 🚫 Acceptable Use Policy You agree NOT to use MultiverseCloud services for: * Illegal activities (including piracy, hacking, fraud, etc.) * Hosting malware, phishing, or harmful content * DDoS attacks or network abuse * Excessive resource abuse affecting other users Violation may result in **instant suspension or permanent termination** without refund. --- ## 5. ⚙️ Server Usage & Responsibility * You are fully responsible for managing your server, files, and configurations. * MultiverseCloud is not responsible for data loss due to user error or third-party plugins/mods. * Regular backups are recommended, even if backup features are provided. --- ## 6. 🛠️ Support Policy * Support is provided via Discord, ticket system, or email. * Response time may vary depending on workload and issue complexity. * We do not guarantee instant support but aim to respond as quickly as possible. --- ## 7. 🔒 Data & Privacy * We respect your privacy and do not sell your data to third parties. * Basic data (email, IP, billing info) may be stored for service operation and security. --- ## 8. ⚠️ Downtime & SLA * While we aim for **99.9% uptime**, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. * Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. * Compensation for downtime is not guaranteed. --- ## 9. 🔐 Account Security * You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. * Sharing account access is done at your own risk. * MultiverseCloud is not liable for unauthorized access due to weak passwords or leaks. --- ## 10. 📛 Termination We reserve the right to: * Suspend or terminate any account violating these terms * Remove content without notice if it poses risk to our infrastructure No refunds will be issued in such cases. --- ## 11. ⚖️ Changes to Terms MultiverseCloud may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
